  These folks really know what they are doing! Delicious, top-tier barbecue at very fair prices. Get a dinner and it includes a variety of free sides as well as two premium sides. Everything is delicious. I don’t live anywhere near Hutchinson but I make it to Kansas a couple of times a year and always plan a two hour trip to Hutch with Roy’s as a mandatory stop. My personal favorite is the smoked bologna, but you can’t miss with the brisket, pork, and smoked turkey. My significant other loves the sausages. Other thoughts… Don’t sleep on the Texas toast. The iced tea is free. Put lots of ice in your cup as the tea is hot when it comes out of the insulated drink container. Their customer service is also amazing. They go out of their way to be helpful and make sure your experience is a great one. Getting there early is a good idea because once they sell out of something that’s it for that day.

  Best damn barbecue of my life… until it magically appeared in the hotel sink that night. Would go back if I lived in the area!

  Rather small joint. They has AMAZING FOOD, I can't wait to visit them again when I'm back in town. The staff were equally Awesome.... If ya want good food and go home smelling like it, this is the place to go, but Here be a Waring.... Gotta get there before they run out of food or it's GAMEOVER
