  One stars all around. Buffet looked old and gross. The floors, oh my, look like they have never been cleaned. There wasn't a single other customer in there, and a bunch of employees just standing around. We didn't stay, when we decided to leave the employee was rude.

  We were going to try the lunch buffet but when we got in the pizzas were all dry. There were no customers so staff were basically just standing around, but there was trash and crumbs all over the floor. We just got up and left.

  Stood inside waiting to be seated long enough to see we did not want to eat here. Floors were terrible and not one staff member in site. 10:30 am when opening time is listed.

  Last trip really ruined it for us. We haven't wanted to go back. It was gross, tasted bad and undercooked, and has been getting increasingly inconsistent. Greasier each time too and this last visit it was just sitting in a pool in the middle. They messed up the big new Yorker the last few times and the most recent was just caked in the seasoning you couldn't taste anything else. The online rewards are pitiful and don't really feel any better than a "buy 9 get 1 free" punch card - the only good offer is the deal lovers one.

  Pizza made hot and fresh,but the salad bar was totally empty except lettuce. I'm not sure if it was because of lunch hours ending or they were no longer having a salad bar available. If not there should not had been remaining food on the bar. The Pizza was delicious and hot. We purchased the special 3 toppings on Large Pizza for 10 dollars. We got 3 to go. So 😊 😋 🥳
