Usually get good, quick service in the past in drive thru. On Friday 6-12-26 I went to drive thru. One car was at window when I ordered at speaker outside. Apparently who took my order didn't work there, ordered #4 combo, asked for some onion be added to sandwich, didn't ask me about chips, drink that come with combo. Told amount was at window and pulled up. Car in front was there for almost 5 minutes waiting on their order. Finally window opens and handed a drink and small bag. I pulled up, some young woman out of uniform told me amount, paid by cc, and noticed a lot of movement in window of regular employees walk into a other room, reappear 3-4 minutes later, a young man and woman who had work shirts on come out, and the young woman asked me if I have paid? I said yes, then handed me my sack, and I had to remind them I had a drink also, which they gave me. Went home, unwrapped my #4 turkey sandwich, which had very little turkey, lots of onion, and enough mayo on it for 2 sandwiches, no veggies at all. I won't be going back, think the people were having a party or something inside, had someone cover for window who doesn't work there who didn't know how to take an order. Definitely won't be going back, will drive to Subway for now on!

Every time I order from Jimmy John’s in Hutchinson, which is often because it’s the only nearby location, our order arrives with multiple sandwiches and absolutely no names, numbers, or identifiers on the wrappers. This creates a completely avoidable issue where people have to unwrap and handle multiple sandwiches trying to figure out whose food is whose.
I have specifically requested several times that names or sandwich numbers be written on the packages. Instead, the staff has repeatedly written things like “write name on order” on the wrapper itself, which comes across as immature and intentionally sarcastic rather than helpful customer service.
This is basic food handling and organization, especially for group orders. If customers are repeatedly asking for something this simple, it should not be treated like a joke. Judging by the current reviews, it seems this may not be an isolated issue.
Please either label the sandwiches correctly or communicate professionally if there is some reason it cannot be done.

Tried to use my birthday reward on 3/19 at 1:06pm. The girl at the window was very rude and unhelpful. I accidentally ordered the wrong “type” of sandwich so my reward wouldn’t work. So rather than helping me switch it, she made me leave the drive thru and place a mobile order. When I went back through the drive thru to pickup my sandwich she didn’t even say anything she just kept the window closed and then handed me the sandwich. Horrible customer service, at least be kind to someone on their birthday.
