The store is filthy, dirty and there are few workers that seem engaged with customer service including the new manager. Very sad since I am a daily customer...yesterday my tea tasted old and sour, like they poured new tea in with old tea and the container was not washed well. I knew calling management would not help-so I will be going elsewhere for a cool drink or making my own tea at home.

The bathroom hasn't been cleaned.The floors are sticky. If all of this is this way, it makes you wonder what's happening behind the counter where they're preparing drinks???
