    I have so far tried a few different flavors so far but they all have been good. Service has been good every time I have gone in.

    I went in on Friday 5/29/26. Looked like a nice place. There were people inside - evidently customers. There was a staff person at the cash register. I had never been inside there - had no idea how things work there - wandered around - left. No help. Sad.

    It used to be a great place.But the cleanliness has gone downhill! The original owner used to be in there all the time but I haven't seen him in a long time! The bathroom hasn't been cleaned.The floors are sticky. If all of this is this way, it makes you wonder what's happening behind the counter where they're preparing drinks???

    Not posting to say that HTeaO is bad as a whole because some drinks are good. However I recently purchased a gallon of lemonade from here and it was a disappointment. The ingredients are horrible. They even use dye in their drinks. I’ve attached a photo of the ingredients. I was expecting a fresh lemonade similar to what you would get at Chic-fil-a or canes but it tasted worse than a powder lemonade that you would get from Walmart. I expected a lot more from a tea place specializing in tea because Arnold palmers ya know? Anyway, I wouldn’t try their lemonade plain.
