I completely understand the whole “we can’t do no ice for drink quality blah blah blah” but when my husband literally can’t have cold drinks due to being on chemotherapy….we would have offered to pay the difference for the amount of fluid wasted or whatever we needed to do. The worker didn’t even try to accommodate him, just flat told him no. Just trying to open everyone’s view that when people ask for no ice, it’s not just a preference for some people, others it’s for health reasons…loosing 2 more customers 🤷🏻♀️
