  My husband and I were at the drive thru for lunch, and a new male employee I have never seen before was not very kind. He was a bit rude and had a smart mouth. Did not appreciate that what so ever.

  Kristina mawer (not sure of spelling) is opening people's food with no gloves, is rude, not helping customers, yelling at co workers for asking questions, refused to do refund when asked, and said that costumers can wait in relation to refunds in a disrespectful tone. Hiawatha Macdonalds just off the highway. In no way would i ever recommend this Macdonalds to anyone.

  This is a hostile atmosphere. ?Kristina? Was handling food without gloves and without having washed her hands. Touching her face, yelling at any employee that asked a question is uncalled for. Let's top that off with her snapping at customers "you can just wait" & when any customer asked for a refund she refused. We had to get very insistent about getting a refund before she bothered to listen and even then, she threw so much attitude that she rivaled a toddler throwing a tantrum. I don't know who her boss is and don't care. We were passing through Hiawatha and have marked this down as a "do not ever stop here again."

  27 APR 26 (Seneca, KS location) todays visit the food was average McDonald's food, the fries were hot! (Yay) BUT the lady working the drive through was less than desirable. She didnt say 1 word to us, forgot our sauce, basically through our food at us, and walked away from the window. Pet peeve, my soda was a little over half full. That is the main reason I go to McDonald's, im addicted to their coke. I don't go often, its a treat. Just disappointing (enough to write this post) 29 APR 26 unfortunately I can not get the link provided by McDonald's to work :(
