  Asked for no onions cause they make me physically ill and it’s like they loaded it as full of onions as possible

  I went in for breakfast and ordered. That went fine. I ordered a second iced coffee. About thirty minutes went by. Another customer was at the counter, as well. Both of us were ignored. The entire focus of the employees was on Doordash orders, nothing else. No employees were at the counter on a steady basis. I and the other customer were quickly surrounded by Doordash customers, who were not served in a timely manner. I went ahead and left without getting the iced coffee that I had paid for. The entire lobby was becoming a disorganized mess of regular and Doordash customers at the time I left. I asked twice before I left about the iced coffee. I don't expect this complaint to effect the way this store is operated. I just find it odd that an actual business on planet Earth could operate in such a way and expect to be successful.

  Very slow, order not right which happens all the time but what do you do. It's the only McDonald's close, Quality sub-par

  TERRIBLE. I ordered a #9 with a large dr pepper and a large powerade. The woman at the window asked if i had the happy meal which i replied no and then had an attitude when i told her what i ordered. She then asked what i got again and i responded once more. Then she reads it back and asked if it was a sprite and dr pepper. After sitting there waiting for her to try and comprehend such a simple order, I get my food and realize they gave me 2 PLAIN cheeseburgers. I didn’t realize that it was so difficult to put in an order for one meal and comprehend it, and then have attitude towards a customers for simply responding to a question that was asked. This is not the first time my order has been wrong at this mcdonald’s.

  Check out the limited time arch. Not sure who wants their burger and bun burnt. Had to throw this away couldn't take more than a couple bites and second bite had to spit out.
