Worst Qdoba I’ve ever visited, first store and bathrooms, super stale chips and tacos, cold meat and food served, overall just bad can’t think of a single positive about the experience

Wow! We went here for lunch today and all the workers were so good and kind to us. They bent over backwards to make our visit amazing. The meat tastes so good and quality and as good as home cooking. They have so many awesome toppings and they actually have brown rice. We picked a random table to sit down on and didn’t even notice it hadn’t been cleaned. Immediately an employee came and embarrassedly cleaned it and was so kind and made jokes and made us feel like a million bucks. In most places the employees wouldn’t notice or care about doing that. I loved everything about our visit. Thank you so much!!

At approximately 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2026, I visited your establishment. While waiting in line, I observed an employee—a shorter gentleman with dreadlocks hanging out from under his hat and covering his eyes—complaining about being tired. Throughout my interaction, he displayed a poor attitude and provided what I felt was subpar customer service. After I paid for my order, I watched him hand an entire small bag of food to the customer behind me while saying, “You’re good, I got you,” without charging her. He then proceeded to charge the following customers for their orders as normal. From what I observed, it appeared he was giving away food to someone he knew or was doing a personal favor. Regardless of the reason, it seemed unprofessional and made me question whether ownership is aware that employees may be giving away company products without authorization. On a positive note, the middle-aged manager with the epic mustache was doing everything he could to keep the restaurant running smoothly. He was constantly moving, helping where needed, and appeared to be carrying much of the workload. He came across as a hardworking employee who genuinely cared about the operation, and I think that effort deserves recognition. The contrast between the two employees was hard to miss. One demonstrated professionalism, urgency, and a strong work ethic, while the other projected a poor attitude and behavior that reflected negatively on the business. One final piece of feedback: the chicken was noticeably under-seasoned and lacked much flavor. I realize taste is subjective, but I thought it was worth mentioning along with the rest of my experience. Overall, I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe the issues I observed are correctable and addressing them would improve the customer experience.
