  Stopped here on my way back from Colorado to Arkansas and waited over 30 minutes to get my food, despite ordering ahead. I had to go in twice to check status and the second time multiple people were in waiting on their food and no one was working the front. The women’s restaurant was also absolutely filthy and had no toilet paper.

  First off, it took about 7 minutes before anyone even answered the call button. When finally answered the lady who took the order was really rude. Second off we ordered a jr burger and added tomato, lettuce, onions, mayo, cheese, mustard, ketchup. The burger came with lettuce, tomato, mustard and pickles. Not what we asked for. So we try to go in and get it fixed, completely ignored. So we go to the drive through window and ask for it to be fixed. She acted like we were lying about it and had a weird attitude. She has the cooks remake it and they put no cheese, no mustard, no onions, no mayo, no ketchup. I mean really? Is it that hard to make a burger? No. I mean absolutely ridiculous. We also had the chicken bites and asked for 2 BBQ and ketchup. Gives us no ketchup, no BBQ, but gave us one honey mustard. We didn’t even ask for honey mustard. So again we ask for our sauce which was again 2 BBQ and ketchup. Gave us 1 BBQ and 2 packets of ketchup. I mean this is the absolute worst sonic I have ever been too. Good thing I’m from out of town bc I would not ever be returning here. I honestly would like a refund. I’m pretty pissed.

  Average food, but the wait is horrible long. Ordered a three-piece chicken tender meal and only got two chicken tenders, ice completely melted in my drink, and my blast half melted. It wasn’t crazy busy either. No acknowledgement of the long wait or apologies. Frustrating for sure.

  Service was very bad today! We had 7 cars in line behind us in the drive through and they still hadn’t even made the two drinks we ordered. Yet I watched them make 18 ice creams before they even came to the window to take our payment. They really need help!

  This place has gone downhill. When it was first built, there seemed to be a lot of pride taken in the service the food and the atmosphere now it is just disgusting. The bathrooms have trashes overflowing. There’s no paper towels to dry your hands and there’s dead roaches on the floor when looking for a place to sit, even though there are only four other groups in the entire seating area none of the remaining tables are clean when asking the staff if a table could be cleaned off they said they haven’t had time and when they’re done cleaning in the back, they’ll be able to come out front and clean. I waited about five minutes and then decided just to leave. It was so gross. Go anywhere else except here. They’ve added in a handful of noisy games in the back room, which just echoes throughout with constant noise, which is annoying
