  The food was good, hot, and came out quickly, so no complaints there. Unfortunately, the customer service was pretty disappointing. I stopped in to pick up something that had already been arranged earlier in the day. The employee taking my order immediately told me they didn’t have it and that it would take “hours” to find, without actually checking. When I mentioned it again at the drive-through window, I was again told they probably didn’t have it before anyone had looked. Once someone actually went to check, it was in fact there. I understand if there’s confusion, but the dismissive attitude was unnecessary. A simple “Let me check for you” would have been perfectly fine. Good food and quick service, but the rudeness definitely brought the experience down.

  Went there today, had a mobile order for a dr pepper, gave the drink back as it was incorrect, and got the correct one no problem with that until the car hop TOOK A DRINK of the drink i gave back to her after stating it was incorrect to prove a point, you lost me as a customer, GROSS!!

  I've been eating Sonic for over 50 years. I recently just tried to eat the worst burger I've ever had anywhere. Went in and picked up a couple of the new $7 Big Meal Deals for me and my kid. The burger bun was stale and dry, and the burger patty was cold and dry - it was literally inedible and I ended up throwing it in the trash after a couple of bites. Fortunately the fries and chicken that came with the $7 Big Meal Deal was pretty good so I just ate that. Service was great. Super friendly. Guys, you need to get it together. This is shameful. I'd rather pay $12 and get a good classic Sonic burger than pay $7 and get crap.

  Great decision to stop here on a road trip. Food was fast, hot and delicious. Staff was super helpful and accommodating.
