  Edited to add next day resolution. The store manager was great and will handle the situation as well as making sure I was happy. 1 star to 4 stars just from taking the time to listen, hear and make right! Absolutely unacceptable customer service from this Papa John’s location. I placed an order at 8:48pm, unaware of their closing procedures. At 8:52pm, my order was canceled by the team lead. When I called to ask about it, I was told they “couldn’t make orders within 10 minutes of closing.” I pointed out that my order was placed before that cutoff, at 8:48pm. She then admitted she had already put everything away and simply “would not be making it.” To make matters worse, when I asked for her name so I could contact corporate, she hung up on me. No apology, no attempt to resolve the issue, just rude and dismissive behavior. If a store chooses to stop making food before closing time, that should be reflected online instead of accepting and canceling orders. Very disappointing experience and incredibly unprofessional management behavior.
