Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Ordered a double burger, no vegies, add jalapeno, cheese, and on texas toast. I was the only one at the location getting food. Got a burger without any of my customizations that I paid for and only had the veggies removed. The worker clearly read the ticket as they knew to remove the vegies, but basically said screw any customizations, I'm not doing that. Food tasted good, but I did not get anything I paid extra for. Very dissapointing.

The staff are friendly but i shouldn’t have to sit in the drive through with my boyfriend as the only car in line and wait 20 minutes for our food. They gave us cookies to compensate our wait but this was probably our 4th drive through experience with them and our longest. The other times took 10-15 minutes. So we will just go to taco bell next door. Also my boyfriend noticed in the drive through that his name was on the order screen and then it went away, so we suspect that our order was deleted and re-entered to cheat the system on our wait time.

The people that were working the night shift we're very rude. I ordered the taquito as a meal and I did not get the hash browns that I paid for and the taquito was clumsily put together as I opened up the wrapper everything fell out. This is the first time that I've been very unsatisfied at the store.
