  Not sure what has happened to this place in the last few weeks or months but the place has gone absolutely downhill. The service is probably the worst part, but they have messed up our order the last few times we’ve gone, by missing an item or not modifying how we asked. Not sure if it’s new management, but they’re not even empathetic or remorseful for their own mistakes. Last time we called the manager refused to give HIS name and hung up on us and said we could only get it resolved through the app as if it was not the restaurants fault. Double check your order IN FRONT of them. Disappointing as we loved it here not that long ago.

  Honestly, if I could give 0 stars, I would. This location somehow finds reasons to mess up orders. I’ve been to this location many times, ordered through the app, everything. Tonight was absolutely unacceptable. Not only did they not put meat in the crunch wrap and barely any steak in the chalupa, they had the audacity to hang up the phone while I was speaking with them. They would not process a refund unless we came into the store when I paid via card. This place is a complete joke.

  I had two doordash orders to pick up from here neither of which was large. I got alerts through my app that both orders were ready after I had been at the store for about 8 minutes and I went to check in on the windows again a manager told me that the order was being bagged up and walked off and disappeared I never was contacted by another staff member again and after 17 minutes of standing in the cold I had to cancel both orders and leave
