The food is generally fresh (not always). The amount of cheese used on their Beef N Cheddar is inconsistent ranging from sopping to barely any. They forget sauce regularly. But the overall staff are typically kind.

Well. I tried their new "Philly Cheesesteak." Not a real Philly Cheesesteak. I got the 1/2 pound version since everyone online is griping about the lack of meat on the regular sandwich. I've eaten Philly Cheesesteaks all over the US. This one is bad. Period. It tasted mostly like ground beef, and not a particularly good beef, cooked with Cooper American cheese. Cheese was very good. Beef was not good. I was amazed that it could be as bad as it was. Huge disappointment. Jersey Mike's Cheesesteak is a lot closer to a real Cheesesteak than this thing. Won't try this again. Philadelphia should sue for besmirching the name!
