    They mess up our order bad because we ask for 10 peace chicken nuggets and they give 4 and we ask for a big Mac and they give us a mc double so they should make staff hear better

    Today, June 27, 2026, at approximately 6:40 PM, I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The employee taking our order through the drive-thru repeatedly pretended not to hear me, asking me to repeat my order several times until I eventually had to raise my voice just to be understood. What made the experience even more frustrating was that once I raised my voice, her tone suddenly changed, and she appeared amused, as if she had been trying to get a reaction from me. Miraculously, she could hear everything I said from that point on. Customer service makes or breaks a customer's impression of a business, and unfortunately, this experience left a very negative one. People spend their hard-earned money to enjoy a meal, not to be treated disrespectfully or made to feel like the subject of a joke. This interaction was unprofessional and unacceptable. It makes me wonder whether the franchise owner reviews customer feedback or ensures employees receive proper customer service training. When employees feel comfortable treating customers this way, it raises concerns about whether management holds them accountable for their behavior. I hope management takes these reviews seriously and addresses these issues so future customers receive the respectful service they deserve.

    Sometimes you don't know who is in the drive thru that you serve. What's the deal with attitudes? If a customer is happy ordering why do the ugly attitudes come out from the employees? Understandable if it was a previous customer that might of upset you doesn't give you the right to be ugly with the next customer who isn't responsible for the inconvenience. Maybe your owners need to come in unexpectedly one day and watch the floor so they can see exactly what I mean. The young girl with bracelets need to watch your attitude sometimes what goes around will come back around. Being sarcastic too much through the drive thru will probably end up trash in life. May you have the day you deserve. I'm happy with the boy serving orders through the drive thru after we paid. You will go far! Thank you for the great service today

    Dont ask for extra mustard on your burgers. For the 4th time in a row I asked for extra mustard, and they didnt put any on them, not a drop. Took my order back in after drive back across town, they did fix it, but no "im sorry" just a doll impatient look, when I explain this was the 4th times, she just turned around and walked away. Someone needs to look into this McDonald's and its leadership!
