  My husband and I had a very disappointing experience today at the Buffalo Wild Wings location on 1530 LaRue Road, Suite 100 in Garden City. After placing our order for the bottomless appetizers and drinks, our server, Carla, became noticeably distant and rude. We ordered the hatch queso with chips and mozzarella sticks, and I asked if salsa could be added since chips and salsa are included in the mix-and-match deal. She brought out a very small portion (about the size of a ranch cup), and we later found out we were charged extra for it. The mozzarella sticks came out stale, as if they had been sitting for a long time, so we had to send them back. When we asked to place our next round—since the first round took about 20 minutes—we were bluntly told no. It wasn’t until about 40 minutes into our visit that we were finally offered a second round, which then took another 20 minutes to arrive. When we received our bill, I asked for to-go drinks. Instead of assisting, our server brought my husband an empty plastic cup and had him pour his own drink. When I questioned the salsa charge, she responded loudly, “I’ll just pay for it,” and walked away. This was done in a way that drew attention from other customers and felt very unprofessional and embarrassing. To make matters worse, when we were ready to pay, we were not provided a tablet and had to continue interacting with the same server despite the situation. It felt like we were being treated differently simply because we ordered drinks and the bottomless appetizer deal, even though our bill still totaled $19.23. The restaurant was not busy, and other tables were receiving their food much faster than we were. We were there from 2:45 PM to 4:08 PM and only received a limited number of items: hatch queso and chips, mozzarella sticks (which had to be sent back), onion rings, and fried pickles. We are usually loyal customers, which made this experience even more disappointing. Based on this visit, we will not be returning to this location anytime soon. The service we received does not reflect what we’ve come to expect from Buffalo Wild Wings.

  I ordered 10 wings and fries. It took them 40 min for the wings. They didn’t do the fries. I had to wait for fries, they gave less than half the serving. Don’t waste your time. Go to Wingstop.

  Went there a couple nights ago with my friend. It was really cute, everyone who dealt with us was really nice. There was no way for her to know, I wasn't using an accessibility device that day, but I have chronic pain. The hostess seated us at a table for two with wooden chairs. Our server, after handing us menus and asking for drinks, asked if there was anything else she could do. I asked if we could be moved to a booth, and she had one cleaned out and moved us over in three minutes. The food itself was really good, we tried the appetizer sampler. I didn't think to ask if there was anything on the cheeseburgers, but it's mustard, ketchup, and onions. Next time I'll ask for some of that off. The actual meat was a little spicy? It was unexpected but not bad, and the Hawaiian rolls they were on definitely helped.

  Food was made sloppy my sandwich was completely smothered in sauce had to throw it away, no napkins or silverware was added to bag even tho we ordered wings. Once talking to the manager he stated they don't do that add napkins because of corporate. Did absolutely nothing for me but state that he made that sandwich himself which was just thrown together. Customer service was horrible and food was the same! Worked at a b dubs and this was a joke of one. Would never come back
