  Went through the Drive Thru. Phillip was extremely helpful and informed me about a special Arby's was having with their roast beef sandwiches

  So let's start this off with me and my son came into eat on 3-17-26 to get a bite to eat. As we ordered our food a lady took our order named Phebe ( shift manager) and let me tell you about her attitude. Act like she was being bothered to take our order, had to repeat our order 3 times for her to understand what we ordered. I've worked in the restaurant business and even had my own bbq business and let me tell you if I ever had a employee act the way she did you would be in the unemployment line looking for new job. But I will say im from Indiana and I have met some of the nicest, most respectful people since I've been in liberal and garden city kansas this week. Arbys train your people better. Especially your shift manager.
