  So I ordered an all American hotdog with no ketchup. I received being yelled at and very rude cut me short on speaker. I then received my order with ketchup so I returned it to be remade. I then receive a new hotdog that is cold out of the fridge. So I returned it asked for refund she said harshly I’ll refund the hotdog and disappeared. I’ll never ever ever go there again. Worst experience ever. For this place to be on Route 66 it’s a disgrace. I just hope she refunded my money .

  Took almost 20 minutes after it said our food was coming out to get it. And 3 of our burgers werent right. This is not the first time this has happened.

  My wife and I are or I should say were regulars at this location sometimes eating there twice a day. Never again. Ordered through the app as usual got 2 burgers half way through we realized the patties were raw in the center. Had the manager come out and he said he was pretty sure they were done. WtH they were not done sir and your location just lost a couple of regulars. You can keep them.
