  I ordered on line and pick it up before work. Mon-thursday is fast service. Friday-sunday. You'll have to wait. It's very busy on those days. Really good customer service. Wish they would bring back the roller skates though. 😆 okay im telling my age now.

  I've been to all the Joplin locations and the Galena sonic is by far the best. Fast, friendly service. Orders always correct and food is always fresh.

  So I ordered an all American hotdog with no ketchup. I received being yelled at and very rude cut me short on speaker. I then received my order with ketchup so I returned it to be remade. I then receive a new hotdog that is cold out of the fridge. So I returned it asked for refund she said harshly I’ll refund the hotdog and disappeared. I’ll never ever ever go there again. Worst experience ever. For this place to be on Route 66 it’s a disgrace. I just hope she refunded my money .
