  Service slow. No fork for chilidog. Dried out smash burger. Not worth the price for sub par food and service.

  Was here today at 1:48 and sat there for 8 minutes waiting for somebody, anybody to answer and take my order but got nothing no matter how many times the button was pressed. The parking lot was hardly 1/4 full. The sonic in Fort Scott SUCKS!!! Long wait time and now not even getting an answer was the final straw. Never going back.

  The wait time is horrible here and food is almost always like warm at best when it’s brought out. If you order on the app they will not give you the sauce and tell you that you don’t QUALIFY lmao. My son complained once and every time he now orders in the app when he picks up his food they are are rude to him and even had the big manager/owner whatever he is come out and he was loud and rude and told my son he couldn’t get sauce for his fries and his chicken nuggets that it was only one or the other and if he wanted the extra sauce it would cost 1 dollar and then rudely asked my son what it would be. Ridiculous price they charge and then tell you that you can’t have sauce. If food cost is such a problem you treat someone this horrible who came to your restaurant 3 times a week on his lunch breaks then maybe you shouldn’t be running a store!!

  Fort Scott Sonic is great. The manager is so nice! He does a wonderful job of making sure that his customers are taken care of. The staff is great. I do not see a lot of different workers unless they are young and in school. The Sonic here is very customer service based and a great place to get a quick bite! The app of Sonic can really be crappy sometimes but that is not the locations fault! The Sonic location has nothing to do with the app. I love to order a big large ice water or a cup of ice and all of a sudden cannot do so so I have to order it at the window or check in stall. Again this has nothing to do with the location of the business it is the stupid app that is the problem. I love this Sonic and the people that work there they are great!
