  Tried the new BBQ burnt ends in a Mac & cheese bowl with fried onions. It could've used more fried onions, but the dish was FANTASTIC! I was incredibly impressed they did BBQ SO well!

  Waited at the drive thru yo order for almost 5 mins no one on front of me. Then waited ar the window over 5 minutes no one ever came to get my money so I left. Btw it is not busy at all. Very disappointing

  Placed a mobile order while passing through. The order took over 20 minutes to get and my chicken sandwich was missing the chicken patty... really chicken cordon blue with no chicken patty!

  I came here today on April 4, 2026 to get food for me and my Papa as a special treat. I had an in-store coupon on my phone for $1 fry for any size but then my data on my phone stopped working and I couldn't get it to come up 😞 BUT Jennifer at the register was able to help me still get the deal and I was able to order a LOT of food for a really good price. I took it home to my Papa and he LOVED it all so I know we'll be back! Definitely stop and check out this Arby's in Ft. Scott y'all 🙂 they will make your day!
