  Floors, counters and tables all wet and sticky. Lady behind counter had zero personality and came across as rude and condescending. Informed us they had no ham, And then after we paid she came to inform us that they had no potato cakes. Didn't offer a replacement menu item in place just a refund straight up.

  I also have been into the Arby's in ft scott past and present, I was served by the same employee (Kim) and she was so wonderful and nice to me and my wife. A very unexpected but welcome surprise. She brought us our food and checked up on us and made sure our experience that much the better. Thank you Kim, and thank you Arby's.

  I have been to this Arby's numerous times in the past few weeks and the new employee I believe her name is Kimberly has over exceeded my expectations every visit. She is kind, compassionate and caring to every customer. I sat and looked at the way she was with every elderly customer going out of her way to help and making sure they were taken care of and happy. She helped beyond what was expected .This is the reason I will continue to support this business in Fort Scott. She has a one of a kind spirit and Arbys should be proud to have an employee like this on their Team. I also noticed other younger employees just standing around and she was cleaning and stocking and kept making sure everything was clean and sufficient. Job well done .

  My daughter and I came in here this morning and stood there for over 7 minutes before they even acknowledged that we were in the building while they stood in the back corner told us they would be with us in a second and after another 3 minutes or so we left and still no order so we left. Never had any issues here until this morning.
