  Love standing in line waiting for a donut because they can't update their systems correctly with the stock, and being blatantly ignored while they wipe a damn counter. Not even busy to boot! Disappointment for the prices they charge

  I am currently in the drive thru at this dunkin. I texted my husband when I got in the line at 9:20 asking if he wanted anything. It is now 10:18 and I am still in the line. I have been in this line for an hour. I have NEVER been to ANY food establishment and waited this long ESPECIALLY at a “fast food” place. I don’t know how but my food was hot which confuses me more since I was in the drive thru for so long…

  When you walk in you should be greeted or at least I’ll be right with you. I know they’re slow so I give them grace but at least say, “I’ll be right with you”, it’s just common manners when working by. I’ve worked fast food and coffee chains before it’s not something you do because oh I’m having a nice day today so I’ll do it but I don’t do it every day. No you do it every day. The older staff I really appreciate because they always have my order right and it tastes good but the newer staff…yeah it’s a no. I got a drink and wasted points on a coffee that I could’ve mistaken for water if I closed my eyes. If you still go here I don’t know why. Just go to Noffy coffy on base it’s literally the best. Hope this place gets its people together!

  If you plan on washing your hands before using them to literally eat your food, skip this location. We stopped in to grab breakfast but after we were told there was no restroom, we chose to take our business elsewhere. Hygiene. Simple hygiene. Get a restroom for your customers.

  I’ve always had a great experience at this DD. Sure if they are a bit busy, you might have to wait a little, but that’s to be expected. I’ve always had great customer service, the staff are always friendly and helpful. I visit the store at least once a week to get the kids some treats and myself some coffee. Ordering on the app is always fast and easy.
