- KBKen BerrySep 7, 20261.0I placed a mobile order for 2 cinnamon raisin bagels. Easy enough right? Except this Dunkin apparently just doesn't have them because reasons. And rather than asking why some random guy was standing in front of the counter or even asking if anyone was waiting on a mobile orderthey left me literally twiddling my thumbs waiting on food that doesn't exist. As a result it ultimately took 29 minutes between ordering food and eventually receiving different food. I won't be back.

Ever since they opened, I can honestly say I’ve had maybe 3 genuinely good drinks out of probably 100 orders. The inconsistency is ridiculous. The food is just as bad—sometimes it’s cold, poorly made, or I’ve even received food with the paper from the cheese still left on it. The drinks are constantly hit or miss, and today was the final straw. I ordered through the app, and apparently the store was completely out of creamer. Instead of letting me know or giving me the option to cancel, they just made some random, nasty concoction and served it anyway. On top of that, the drive-thru is painfully slow. It takes an average of around 20 minutes to get through, even when there’s only one car in front of you. I could understand that during a huge rush, but when the drive-thru is practically empty, there’s really no excuse for that kind of wait on a regular basis. Then, when you ask for a refund at the store for something they couldn’t properly make, they tell you they can’t refund you and that you have to go through everything online. At this point, I’m just done. I’ve given this location chance after chance because I want it to be good, but there is absolutely no consistency, quality control, or efficiency. For the amount Dunkin charges, customers should at least be able to expect their order to be made correctly, in a reasonable amount of time—or be told when the store doesn’t have the ingredients to make it.
