  We don’t like the plain white walls. It’s nice and clean but the old decor was homier. Please add some art. The food is good as ever. Greasy and salty and sweet. Too much salt in the fries but the hot fudge is always perfect.

  I came in yesterday afternoon off the highway to get a smores blizzard. The staff was nice but she never flipped the cup, just handed it to me over-filled, half melted and dripping on the side of the cup. Once I drove off, it fell out of the cup (right side up) all over my car because it was it was barely firm in texture and overfilled. I didn’t have time to spin back around because I had to get back on the highway but I was very upset that ice cream got all over me and my car. I’ve never had this issue at any DQ before. I ended up throwing it in a grocery bag in my car because it just kept getting everywhere creating a sticky mess.

  30 minutes in the drive thru with two cars in front of me just came back to try again this time i dined in and the food was cold and took 15 minutes to come out told the manager the food was cold and they did nothing this is insane never coming back here again waste of money

  Very slow, food set in warmer for 15 min before delivered. Need a new manager.

  I always get the kids a Dairy Queen cake in Eudora for their birthday celebrations. There have been many times over the years I have called at the last minute & needed a cake, and I had to do that again today. A manager assisted me on the phone & patiently listed the many options available to customize the cake. This was the first time I knew they could add a little kit with 3D figures for only $5. Each kit has 1-4 figures to top the cake with, depending on the theme (most of them are popular characters or video games). I already had balloon numbers for the age, so I opted to get a blank cake, and asked them to write Happy Birthday (kids name). As always, the personalization of the cake is at no additional cost, & always looks great. Additionally, they have never misspelled a name, and one of my children has an unusual spelling. All of their frozen ice cream cakes have a top layer of vanilla & a bottom layer of chocolate, so I don't have to choose & it pleases everyone. There is a crunchy chocolatey candy layer in between the 2 flavors of ice cream that is amazing!! It is always a great experience for us and I always appreciate how helpful Dairy Queen is in helping me choose the perfect size & decorations. Thanks Dairy Queen for helping make birthdays easy!!
