  First order:09/26/26 ☆☆ I typically don't order from Pizza Hut because it's always a nightmare. I'm from Wichita so I don't use Pizza Hut there because it's always awful. I decided to give this a chance because it was across the street from my hotel. Ordered online because I thought they would deliver from the restaurant. Pay for it did the tip the whole nine yards only to find that they use doordash. If I wanted to use doordash I would have used doordash! And as usual Pizza Hut pizza sucks. They never put the toppings they're always clumped right in the middle of the pizza and then the outside edge is always dry as a bone you waste 50% of it... and sad to say but this location did the exact same thing. And the double order of cheese sticks, yeah it was more like a regular order and the two things that dipping sauce, teeny tiny little containers of marinara you need at least four of them for that size of order a cheese sticks. Will I order from Pizza Hut again probably not. Don't waste your time or your money on mediocre pizza at best. Next time I'll order from Casey's, at least they give me napkins and my peppers and Parmesan. I mean hello if you're delivering to a hotel don't you think napkins are kind of important it's not like there's any in the hotel rooms! I expect my pizza to look like what's advertised. Not like a DiGiorno pizza I get in the freezer section.

  I placed an order for pickup and walked over from my hotel at 7:10 for my 7:06-7:16 ready window. The gal working was back and forth from the drive through to the back, so it was about five minutes before she acknowledged me and asked my name for the order. When I told her, she said my pizza was “just coming out.” Ten minutes later, I asked again. She admitted my pizza hadn’t even been started. Not what I wanted to hear after ten hours of driving. I canceled the order and drove over to Domino’s, where they took my order, gave me a coupon, and had my pie ready in about 10 minutes. Lesson learned…

  Forgot how good Pizza Hut buffet can be. Buffet with drink included for 12 per person. They let us request a pizza. The salad bar was fresh!! Go in and get a good meal at a good price! lunch buffet
