  Pathetic lunch buffet. Cold, dried old pizza, very little variety.. not worth the $.. wish I'd bought a medium instead

  Kylan made our visit absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, he welcomed us with the biggest smile and such a friendly attitude. His cute hat, great hair, and positive energy immediately made us feel at home. He was constantly checking on every table, making sure everyone had everything they needed, and you could tell he genuinely cares about his customers. He was attentive, hardworking, professional, and always smiling. Service like his is hard to find these days. Thank you, Kylan, for making our Pizza Hut experience so enjoyable. We'll definitely be back! 🍕👏

  Nickle and dime every topping, crust and extra cheese. The manager ignored us when asking questions, all employees were rude and unhelpful. Every takeout menu has no prices and it took the manager 3 minutes to finally find a QR code to scan for prices. Only prices available for customers to see was for the buffet to that was closed when we were there.

  I frequent Pizza Hut no matter where I am so I have been to several locations. The emporia location, by far, has the warmest and most friendly staff I have encountered. I am not only a customer but I am also a DoorDasher and they make the whole process easier. They always give me an update on how long my pickup order will take which is invaluable when communicating with my customers. In addition, they have the cleanest bathrooms of all the establishments I frequent. From the manager, Anna, on down to every employee, I have never had a bad experience at this location. Even when a mistake is made it is quickly corrected.

  For the first time in decades I stopped at a Pizza Hut restaurant. No beer available. No prices on the menu. I ordered off the menu, and then realized that it was a lot cheaper to order from the website. 6:00 PM and I am pretty much the only customer.
