  I just ordered food 12 minutes before closing time. Went to pickup my order before 10pm and everything was already put away. Worker stated she couldn't do my sandwich because they turn off the toasters at 9:30. Same thing happen to a customer who walked in right behind me. Poor service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

  They somehow manage to screw up my order the exact same way every single time. What the hell. You owe me a bunch of peppers and bread insides, Jim. Teach your employees how to read, please.

  Family Commercial street. Emporia ks. The gal at the register needs bit of attitude adjustment. We went in today. My sister didnt see the wet floor sign and tripped over it..the girl looked at my sister and cocked her head and rolled her eyes. Obviously with attitude. It was obviously forgotten there because the floor was not wet at all. Her attitude Pissed my sister off so bad she wasnt going to order food. But id already order as did my daughter. I didnt see what happened or id have walked out. She was throwing attitude when i was looking at menu like telling me to hurry up. Pissed my sis off even more. his gal had same face and attitude when i was in there on Friday.. if she doenst like customer service or her job she probably needs a life change. JJs will be lucky if we go back. But on the other hand the sandwiches are really good!

  On our way from KC to OKC and decided to stop and get a quick sandwich. Ordered at 12:25 and waited in store until 1:00. There were about 10 other people waiting as well. The staff was working hard so I don’t know if they were prioritizing online orders or what. Not a good look when you advertise as freaky fast.
