  Great if you're wanting ice cream or a hot dog but if you're wanting a sandwich you're screwed. Why can't they offer a hamburger like other dairy Queen locations?

  Whenever I we go to hays we always stopped at the Ellis store. But not anymore. This is what I got in my drive through order Yesterday. And to far down the road to turn back. It was half the size of the bun and soggy not crispy. DQ used to be a good play to get fast food. Now it’s no better than McDonald’s.

  Just left this Dairy Queen and will never return! After a beautiful day and enjoyed some subway "which the customer service was out of this world amazing" we popped over to Dairy Queen for desert! With smiles on our faces ready for ice cream, we started to order. As we were ordering the gentlemen taking our order put his finger in my face and said "one at a time!" Very sternly and aggressively! Absolutely horrible customer service! Working in customer service most of my life, I understand how stressful it can be but I never treated anyone like that! Disappointed and without desert!

  We stopped by the drive thru on a roadtrip around 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday. It took forever to get our burgers, but, oh my, was it worth the wait. YUM. Our burgers were huge, juicy, and very fresh. A big THANK YOU to the cook from two hungry travelers. We'll be back.
