We were a family of 4 trying to dine in. We were told to sit ourselves down by the waitress and that she would be there shortly. She did not bring the menu, nor the silverware, never asked what we would like to drink. After 20 minutes or so a couple walks in, the waitress walks them to a table, sits them down, gives them the menu, silverware, and asks what they would like to eat. Meanwhile, my family and I had been there for over 20 minutes. After seeing how we were completely ignored we decided to simply walk out. In no way shape or form were we disrespectful, loud, nor nasty attitude therefore I don't understand why that treatment. Also, there were only two other tables side from our. 1 table sat 1 old lady, the other sat 2 young men.

It had been so long since dinning in i forgot they had a buffet. I tried it out and the pizza was super crunchy from getting overcooked. I was looking forward to the Alfredo pasta but apparently it's policy to only serve one small tray a day?... So that was lame.

Server Erica was very awkward and sort of weird, didn’t write down our orders and messed it up and brought out something else. Whole date felt weird.
