  As much as I love everything about derby since I’ve moved, this sonic has let me down time and time again.. I kept thinking maybe just a bad day for staff or maybe the day crew would be better. But unfortunately it seems the service as a whole just kinda lacks. Rude lady named Abby took my order today I ordered a small cheddar bite and a small mozzarella stick with a sparkling refresher to drink. Not only was she very rude when I asked if marinara no longer came with the mozzarella sticks. When I told her I only needed one she still charged me for two not the biggest deal right .50 cents isn’t breaking the bank or anything but it was just the principle of me pointing it out and her not correcting it. I then get the food the guy who was car hopping was really nice and definitely made up for Abby’s lacking personality. But when I took a drink of what was supposed to be a carbonated drink it was made with just plain water. Again probably not a big deal to most, it is what it is but being a very 8mos pregnant I was very sad to not get what I was craving. Food is great! just wish the service team would step it up a bit.
