  Amazing, the girl at the drive thru window was so nice and smiley, we had a nice conversation while she got my drinks. Her name was Natalie. IF YOU SEE HER SHE IS THE BEST!

  I haven't eaten at Arby's in many years, but the experience I recently had was truly spectacular! The lady that took my order was named Lena H and starting with the sweet friendly way she answered the drive through speaker to the wonderful smile she gave me when I got to the window, she single handedly changed my opinion of this restaurant! UPDATE: Just when we thought this Arby's was already the best in the country, we met another awesome employee named Anthony...He cracked us up when we got to the window and said welcome to Arrrrrby's with a pirate's voice...and then in the short amount of time we waited for our order to be made we somehow got onto the subject of great movies...We asked if he had seen "The Jerk" and he said he hadn't, but he would definitely check it out...and sure enough when we went back the next night for their amazing $1 slider after 8pm deal, Anthony was there again and he had watched the movie the night before .... How cool is that? Sometimes it's not just the food, but the service that makes a place amazing and this Arby's wins on every level!!!! Thank you so much Lena for being such a great ambassador for your company! UPDATE: Went back two more times and was helped by another excellent employee named Ashton. She should also be commended for her friendly excellent service with a smile!!!

  This location in Derby is wonderful. They have good food and the store is clean. The staff is nice and they are quick.

  It's genuinely nice coming here in the morning and afternoons the entire team is extremely friendly and talkative love it
