  I have been meaning to make this review for over a month right now and keep on forgetting. A month ago my husband and I made a big order at Jimmy Johns for ourselves and our wedding party to have for lunch. I worked with Sheena Lowell and she was wonderful to work with. I asked her what would make it easier for her and her team for such a big order, and she provided me those instructions and dropped them off at the location. Everything went flawless for us. All orders were 100% correct and it nice for the bridal side of the wedding party to have sandwiches to munch on while finishing up getting ready for our big day. We could not have done it without Sheena and her team.

  I would give No Stars but wanted to leave a comment, today while eating in your dining room, a young employee was at the door leaving, the owner or manager walked up to him and terminated him in front of dining guests and other employees. The young employee was embarrassed and disrespected by AN ADULT. Shame on you Jimmy Johns and to the employee - this is NOT ok, and with a boss or manager like that, he did you a favor. I hope your next employer who profits from hiring young inexperienced employees is actually capable of being HUMAN and lead with kindness even when having to terminate an employee. If embarrassing someone makes another feel powerful and righteous they should not be managing or leading humans! Jimmy John's just lost a loyal customer and this customer will urge anyone to take their business elsewhere! Do better! Be better!

  Food and service was awesome but got our order to go..so atmosphere was typical of a small cafe

  Sandwich was good only issue I had was that I ordered my food online for my lunch since I only get an hour lunch. So I made the order and went at the time I was told to pick up and my sandwiches weren't even being made at this point I already drove for 8 mins and it took them 20 or more mins. People who walked in got there's before me.

  I’ve tried to give this Jimmy John’s a chance and I finally gave up after 4 different times they have messed my families order up. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location again.
