  Asked for a buger with no pickles and no tomatoes. Burger had tomatoes on it. Got a sonic blast with both extra reeses and m&ms...there were no reeses in my blast and barely any m&ms. So I paid extra for the sonic blast and got ripped off. Seems like the workers don't pay attention to details here. Otherwise the speed of service and food was fine for typical Sonic standards.

  If you're looking to have the experience of a lifetime and eat the worst food in the contiguous US, this is the place for you. The tater tots were like biting into a barely edible mildly soft rock with no flavor. The tater tots Sonic uses is literally the hardest thing any restaurant could have to mess up, but the Sonic in Concordia appears to be determined to ensure they never get repeat business. I am staying in the hotel next door and I was planning to eat there and bring my friends almost every day we're here over our extended trip. But instead, I have to write this review. If you value your stomach, your wallet, or even just appreciate mediocre meals then avoid this place like the plague. Just remember, if you're reading this, I warned you.

  Stopped in for a dirty dr. pepper. Had a pretty decent wait time for ordering just one drink. When I did receive the drink, it was made wrong. Instead of a splash of lime, it tasted like half the drink was lime. Very nasty. Pushed the button to get it fixed, and the response was short & rude, replying "we have no control over how much lime is put in". (LIE!!) So I asked if they could even just add some dr. Pepper to my drink, she said "yeah, hold on". Then never acknowledged me again. She didn't care that my drink was wrong, that I was waiting there for someone to rectify things- since I was told to "hold on" and the fact I was lied to about "product control"!!! Whoever that girl was needs to take some customer service classes or be FIRED!!!!

  I messed up my online order (forgot my nerds for my slush, sad day for me), but I called the store and they made it right for me! The lady who answered the phone was so nice and understanding and our runner was super funny and personable. Definitely made my night! Fixed my mistake with no complaints and made it better with their personalities!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service! I stopped at the Concordia Sonic while passing through town and had my drinks ready with very little wait. The staff went above and beyond by making an extra trip out to bring my puppy a pup cup. And they got creative with it by topping it with bacon instead of the usual dog bone! 🐶🥓 Such a thoughtful and unique touch! Great service, friendly staff, and clearly people who are willing to think outside the box. My puppy definitely approved! 😂🐾
