  Everytime I go to mcdonald's something is always messed up. I usually order a side on crinkle cut pickles so I can put them on my mcchicken and they either forget the pickles or give me the wrong ones. My boyfriend usually orders fish filets with no tarter and today he got his with tarter also made with 2 bottom buns. Like come on now mcdonald's stop slacking. And the other morning we went through drive thru and ordered mcmuffins and one had hair in it. I worked at a different mcdonald's for a year and I knew how to do everything. THIS JOB IS NOT THAT HARD. PEOPLE I WORKED WITH HAD MENTAL DISABILITIES AND THEY DO BETTER THAN YOU. I get a mistake every once in a while but EVERYTIME?!

  We just got our order (1903). We ordered 3 sandwiches. They got one correct. One sandwich was supposed to have bacon and did not. One sandwich was supposed to have an extra egg and no biscuit, they included the biscuit but not the egg. We were in a time crunch and were not at our leisure to have it corrected. Please do better.

  Ordered ahead on the app and still needed to wait just as long as if I had done the drive through. @mcdonalds support, no I will not provide details, that's your job. No, I won't click that link

  HORRIBLE. Sad to say, but that is the truth when it came to their customer services, or lack of it. After I ordered my food on 04/07/26 at about 18:30 PM, I drove up to the pickup window after paying for my meal. 7 minutes later a young man stuck his hand out the window with my drink, I took it an he closed the window. A couple of minutes after that a different male, stuck his hand out the window with my food and shut the window. No thanks for your order, would like ketchup or napkins. Nothing. Did I mention there were very few cars parked at or near the Golden Arches. I think this kind of lack of service would have given Ray Kroc a stroke if he was still alive. I am guessing that customer service classes have been cut as well as a dress code. I would argue they were in early college dorm attire at best. McDonalds should be ashamed of this location and I can promise I will NEVER grace their drive thru or lobby in the future and neither should you.
