  16$ for this? First time at a Jimmy Johns. Is this normal across all locations? 2 thin slices of meat, 1 slice of tomato and extra charge for hard cheese. Store was out of containers for potato salad. So couldn’t get that. They definitely won’t run out of meat for how little they give you. Sad to pay that much for so little. Last note. Associates were mad and yelling at each other. Seemed like a toxic work environment.

  The food came out fine and the service initially did, too. There weren’t any other customers in the store but there were several employees. My family has been driving all day (4 year old, 2 year old, 1 year old) and they were a little tired. Not the employee’s fault. We were going to get them out of the restaurant so they wouldn’t disturb anyone and the kids spilled their bag of chips on the floor. I had one kid who was throwing a fit that we were leaving so I took him out of the store. All of the employees watched my husband deal with a 1 and 4 year old and nobody offered to help him clean the chips off the floor. I’ve worked in restaurants in the past and that would never have been accepted. Very disappointed. As an employee, I would have insisted on cleaning up the mess. As an owner, I’d want my employees and managers to do a little better.

  I placed a mobile order as a stop on a road trip and didn’t open my sandwich until I left. There was an obvious spot of mold on the ham on my sandwich - not even inside the sandwich!! Disappointed that this was not remade/noticed.

  My sandwich was less to be desired. I was so excited to go there but was very disappointed. My sandwich had a hair in it & there wasn't as much meat as there usually is. Needless to say it kind of ruined it.
