  Came to this location for lunch today. I have alot of food allergies and I told the staff that at the beginning. I ordered a veggie and specifically asked for 4 ingredients on the sandwich. The guy taking my order was kind and put it into the system correctly. The manager who was working the line preparing sandwiches did not follow the instructions correctly and added avocado to the sandwich which is something I have an allergy to. I trusted they had made it correctly as I had repeated the 4 toppings multiple times. Didn't notice it until I took a bite into it. I go up and question why it was put on there and receive no apology whatsoever from the manager but the guy running the register was very apologetic. Manager is beyond rude, mouthy, and rolled her eyes when I asked that it be remade. They obviously don't take food allergies seriously at this location! Then when ee finish eating they couldnt even say "have a nice day" when I walked out but said it to every other customer. Wish I could give them zero stars. Judging by the other reviews at this location....the owner really needs to keep better eyes on his franchise.

  First time at Jimmy John’s, and it will probably be my last. The staff was the biggest problem, but the sandwich wasn’t much better. We were the only customers in the place, yet the service still felt awkward, dismissive, and unhelpful. When we asked for hot sauce or buffalo sauce, especially for the Buffalo Wrap, which is pictured with sauce on the menu, we were flatly told no. That was bizarre. My groups sandwich’s also wasn’t cut in half (is this normal for jimmy johns?), and the food itself was extremely underwhelming, even after sitting in the car for 5+ hours. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience with bland sandwiches and poor service. The only positives were the air conditioning and the clean bathroom.

  Would give it a 0 star if I could. Whole family ate here… my dad got food poising so bad he nearly passed away 30 minutes down the road.

  There was an entire fake fingernail in my sandwich! So repulsive and inexcusable! I showed the fingernail to the manager to which he replied that no one who was currently working there had similar nails. He then told the young woman who was making the sandwiches to sho me her fingernails. In deed they were her real nails..... so where did that fake fingernail come from???? I had to ask for refund because one was not offered. No accountability and terrible customer service.
