  Took 20 min to get food and then when got it's cold like I pay good money for food but these people don't do shit no discount or anything I don't have time for people especially idiots

  Please explain... If I order ahead of time through the app. Come to a mobile pickup spot, NOBODY ELSE in the parking lot, WHY does it take 15 minutes for me to still get my order? AND still got my order wrong!!! Went again yesterday, overdone fries and they were cold. Which for some reason I'm use to getting cold fries from there.... Have a photo but can't post it for some reason.... The fries are NEVER hot ....

  This is one the worse Sonic drive through been too. The GM there is no good at all. Should not be around Teens or children. In there making out with one his coworkers in front customers can see. Playing inside store. This store is a mess. Never going back. I weather drive all way to Junction City Sonic Drive through then go to one in Clay.

  Ordered burger and fries 25 + minutes later push red button to ask where my order was at (parking lot damn near empty) were sorry. After reading all the complaints ( none good ) the problem seems to be the manager/ owner, they need to GO

  When I go to sonic in Clay Center Kansas, I always ask for Rout, 44 cherry Dr. Pep. With real cherries Shelby never get it right shelby needs to be fired. She is the rudest person there. I will be getting hold of corporate if something isn't done with her.
