  The Cherryvale restaurant really needs to correct staffing in the evening hours. Twice we've been to that restaurant during a busy time and only two employees were working.

  Me and my boyfriend have gone their the past couple of times and always wrong…I annunciated multiple times “dirty dr.pepper” and they gave me a cherry dr.pepper instead. Previous time they forgot the Oreo in my Oreo master shake somehow. I work at fast food enough to understand that messing up a simple order is difficult to do. I gave up because they same teenage girl brings me my order and drops the straws on the ground and still gives them to us.

  So it is a clean place I will say that but man I have come here two times in a row and I have had to dial back in after 30 mins to figure out when my food will arrive and when I ask they have no idea and I have to wait even longer. Just a very poor experience to have two times in a row. Everything was cold I just left because of the sheer idiocy of this. Very very disappointed. I would of spoke with the manager but with what I could see inside it would of done no good.

  My wife and I order 2 shakes on the app we arrived approximately 5-8 minutes later. We have been sitting here for 50 minutes. We let them know the moment we arrived and they said ok it's a little slow tonight. They came by our truck with 2 other orders not ours but they didn't know where they went. We will be an hour for a milk shake. 😅 save your self the hassle go buy the stuff and make it yourself.

  I’d give zero I tryed to Oder a breakfast burrito and personal told I don’t know what one that is and I said that what it said on the board you Oder off and a strawberry shake and was unsuccessful on ordering anything I’ve never been treated so badly in my life
