  Coming here at night is a complete nightmare, this go around was even worse, we ordered on the app and took forever to get to the window, when we finally got there the lady was super nice and super apologetic about our wait, told us our frys and chicken nuggets were very hot and fresh, when we got home all the nuggets were so far from fresh it's unreal, not fresh and looked over cooked, the frys were ice cold and very disgusting, and the burgers were the same way, old, cold and nasty, I wouldn't even feed them to my dog

  I hate coming in the mornings here!!!! Today, February 4. 2026 around 7:30am. Whoever the older lady is with the glasses, hair up and an attitude, needs to fix it. Ordered a frappe through the app and went through the drive thru, lady in the first window is always nice and super sweet. Second window, the lady with the glasses starts handing me the wrong order and I told her, very nicely, that I just had a frappe. Slammed the window in my face while I was mid sentence then proceeded to try and talk to me through it about what size I got. I sit there for a minute wondering what’s going on. She comes back with a refund in her hands, hands it to me and says sorry the machine is down. So much attitude for no reason!!!! I’ve never had issues with any of the other employees, this older lady always glares and is rude to me every time she is there. Needs an attitude check because this is not okay!!!

  OMG!!! Seriously waited for 20 minutes for the food! Wasn't a single person in line...I believe that that had to raise the beef and prepare it..then had to grow the potatoes for the French fries. UGH!
