  Stopped by the local sonic after work for a quick meal after a 12 hour shift. Roughly 3 minuted after placing my order and selecting that I would be paying cash, my order screen showed that my car hop was headed my way. Nearly 15 minutes later, a car hop finally came my direction with no food to question whether I was paying with cash or card because their machines had been acting wonky lately. After I told her that I was laying cash, she went back into the building and came out with my food. I made the 15 minute drive home to find that my large onion ring consisted of 10 total rings, 9 of them being about the size of a quarter. This experience is completely unacceptable especially when I could clearly see 3 workers just standing around and chatting the entire time with only 3 other cars at the establishment, one of which had been there longer than I had and I overheard them call back in to see what was taking so long.

  I’ve never been treated better by a fast food establishment. ADDISON was the most polite sonic employee I’ve ever encountered. There needs to be an option for credit/debit card tips bc she would’ve earned one. Go give that girl a raise. I don’t even care if my food is trash. She made it worth it.

  Had an online order, waited 20-25 minutes with no one showing up. Pressed the button 2 times and was ignored while everyone around was being answered. I waited, I was patient. But when it got to be 10 minutes of that, I left. Sorry not sorry. Baldwin City Sonic, I'm not going back.

  I gave this 3 stars. The servers and cooks are great here but it looks like the management/owners don't take care of their people at all. Totally Disappointing to see girls out in the cold with nothing on and nothing provided for them by the company.

  Sonic is great! Sophie is super wonderful. I know they're a chain, but I also wish they did some kind of monthly or bimonthly event to be more involved in the Baldwin community!
