  I tried to find a way to email the owner directly, but was unable to. I will say that the food quality and time waiting for online orders has improved recently. THE ONLY reason I am giving them a 1 Star is because twice in the past week, I have argued with staff about the number of sauces that come with Ched'R Peppers on the app. I know this may seem petty, but if the app shows that a Large order comes with 3 sauces, I expect 3 sauces. Not to show up and receive ONE and then be told I need to pay 25 cents for "extra sauce." I am fine with paying for EXTRA sauce, but I expect to receive what the app shows is included and not have to argue with teenagers about it. The owner either needs to honor what the app shows, or update the app to charge for more than one sauce. If this is resolved, I will change my 1 Star rating.

  Super slow I sat in the drive for an hour waiting on food. When every other location has been out in 10-15 minutes.

  Dude today my wife got us all slushes but the sticker on one was WAY down at the bottom. Turns out the bottom was cracked and they just covered it up with a sticker. By the time we got home a cup holder was FILLED with slush. Someone here just couldn't be bothered to switch the cups. I regret tipping them.

  Ordered 39.00 bucks with of food an got shorted my fries 🍟 on one of my meals places are getting worse on not making sure the order is correct before it heads out he door not very happy will choose anything other than the sonic in Augusta ever again so sad that fast food service is so poor these days
