  1 stars for 2 simple reasons: I haven't gotten an actually melted mot stick from this location for years now and my partner just brought a bag of ice home over the weekend. At the end of every glass there was sediment that was gritty. I decided to melt the entire bag of ice today and ended up with pure sediment from the disgusting filters in the ice machine. That's in every drink.

  My neighbor and I made an order but part of the order was missing. On top of that my burger that I ordered was missing the bacon that was shown on the menu. Went back to sonic and made the complaint. Got the part of my order received 3 minutes after pulling in but it’s been almost 30+ minutes to get my new burger. My neighbor had to end up calling to ask what was taking so long because the missing order had gone cold. This is unacceptable!

  Staff was rude. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience they just hang up on me. This isn't the first time this has happened. They are always inconsistent with the flavors in the drinks too.

  Food was ok, but not as good as they use to be! and paying as much as you would in regular a cafe or steakhouse is way too high for a couple of burgers and fries, way too expensive, will not go back.

  The food is fine but the service is as slow as a snail. I waited for 40 minutes on a small mobile order. And their limeade is just sprite with lime juice (not the same as other locations). If you go here, always drive through—that way they have to serve you.
