  Our poor drive thru clerk was obviously overwhelmed and they are so obviously understaffed. They forgot the ranch for our jalapeño poppers and they forgot the bbq for the chicken. But hey, its a sonic in late summer in a podunk town in east kansas what was I expecting?

  We ordered our food in the drive thru and it literally took 30 minutes to give us our food and the only thing that the drive thru worker gave us was a coupon for a wacky pack for a $1.99. This Sonic has never been so slow any other time that we've ordered food. I will never go back there again.

  I have been sitting outside waiting for 35 minutes for them to mess up my order and wait another 15 minutes for a simple fix, this place is a joke.

  The man who takes orders at night is rude as hell also doesn’t know when somebody asks for something what that something is even though it’s right on the menu probably shouldn’t be taking orders if he’s that incompetent
