  I don’t go to this McDonalds very often due to my order constantly being wrong or missing something. What should only take a few minutes through the drive ends up taking 20 plus minutes waiting for the food to come out stale and cold. The fries are usually cold and the burger has been dried out under the heat lamp. If you order nuggets you never get the sauce and if you check before you leave they workers act like you are the inconvenience for making them get you the sauce that they didn’t put in the bag. Don’t bother going inside since they don’t bother with customer service in the dining room anymore. McDonald’s has gotten more expensive and the food is just not what it used to be. I would rather spend my money at an actual sit down restaurant where I get treated better and the food quality is better.

  The absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Unfriendly men and rude workers along with every time I’ve ever gone they have given me either the wrong food or even raw meat!

  If regional corporate management is paying any attention to their franchise metrics, they need to step in and audit the location at 118 S 8th St immediately. The current 3.1-star average is a generous reflection of what is actually a systemic, top-down failure in basic fast-food operations. There is a complete lack of urgency and competence here. The drive-thru is notoriously inefficient, routinely trapping customers in unacceptably long lines regardless of the time of day, only to hand over lukewarm, stale food that looks like it has been sitting under heat lamps for hours. Order accuracy is abysmal. If you request any modifications or use the mobile app for curbside pickup, expect to be ignored, delayed, or handed a bag that is entirely missing items you paid for. This isn't just an issue of being short-staffed; it is a glaring management issue. The staff often appears unguided and indifferent, which reflects directly on the shift managers and the GM who are clearly failing to enforce McDonald’s baseline standards. It shouldn't be a gamble to get a simple, accurate order. Until corporate intervenes and completely overhauls the management at this location, save your money and go anywhere else in town.

  Let's start with how they treat anyone who walks in whether it be customers or even potential employees or even rehires like dirt. They get attitude, tone, pretend they are a hiring manager when everybody knows that attitude won't get them very far. Screaming at people on the phone and won't even let them get a word out for anything. So I politely told one lady alright thank you and hung up she was still ranting and raging with the miserable soul she has. I will not be disrespected that way. If it were me treating them the way they did me today, that would not have gone very far with them, they would've called me out so suddenly I have to take their disrespect?! Yeah I do not think so. So they lost my business as a customer as well and I will be telling others not to even waste their breath at this place. Worst store I have been to!

  I do not understand why it seems to be such an inconvenience for the employees to take a food order at the counter. I stood at the counter for roughly five minutes and I assume clearly looking to place an order. There was no acknowledgment that I was even standing there. Mobile orders were handled promptly. This appears to be a problem at many other McDonald’s in the area. If walk in and dine in customers is such an inconvenience for employees, maybe it’s time to close down walk in service. I walked out, went to another restaurant for lunch and I was greeted nicely at the counter and they were eager to take my order.
