  Ordered 2 red white and blue slashes through the mobile app. Restaurant wasnt busy and had plent of staff. After 30 minutes of waiting I called and no one answered. At 45 min I then had to push the button on another stall to get help. I was told they couldn't make the slush. I then was refunded 5 min later.

  I will change my review when thier service get back to what it was. I ordered a Diet Coke online and it’s literally almost 20 minutes later and haven’t brought it out to me yet. This has been consistent over the last few months. I will admit before it was great, but now something has happened and consistently gone downhill.

  Ordered food and several others came in and ordered and they got there food and we waited for over 20 minutes and still never got food so we left for other place to eat

  Just got my two cornfogs and pretzel. The corndogs were so overcooked they split. Were dark brown, hard and greasy. There's no way the person putting them in thistle sleeve didnt notice at least one of these problems. The pretzel? You got it, hard and greasy. Only sodas from now on until you figure out how to screw them up too.
