  Over 30 minute wait for the wrong food, didn’t even get the food. Got order refunded, wasn’t even my order, laughable.

  Food was hot and fresh, parking lot and outside tables were clean. The gentleman that brought our food out seem to act like it was an inconvenience for him and was a tad bit rude. I said thank you and he just said yea and walked away, he needs to earn some better customer service skills.

  I was served by 2 different females at the drive thru and both had a crappy attitude. It shouldn't be so hard to get someone's drink right and get a drink carrier when you have more than one drink. Don't appreciate the 2nd lady handing me my order aggressively either. I ordered a plain iced tea and still got a damn sweet tea. I even told the first lady I wanted a plain iced tea when she tried to give me a Route 44 sweet tea. If I want sonic I'll drive to Augusta. The Andover location sucks 👎 👎 👎

  Sometimes the kids working there are rude. I bought 2 burgers and a limeade and when I got to the window the girl at the window was not nice at all. She handed my bag and said “thanks” but she didn’t give me my drink yet. I reminded her of the limeade she looked at me with a rude demeanor and said “what”? The guy working behind her handed her the drink and she said “here sir”. Just being rude for absolutely no reason.
