  It took a while to get my food, but the manager gave me two free meals worth of gift cards for the inconvenience and the food was great. That’s how you make up for a long wait! Wish more businesses took accountability like that.

  This trip to Sonic was highly disappointing. I pulled into a stall and pressed the button and sat there for a few minutes and no one answered and the screen went back to normal. I moved to a different stall and they answered semi-quickly. If you have a broken stall, put something there so people know it’s broken. I ordered the new banana dr pepper and it had no sweet cream in it when it’s advertised with sweet cream. I ordered a chili cheese coney and cheese fries and they just stuffed it in the bag smushed on top of each other. I also got a burger which I could tell the meat was old. It was kind of crunchy and just not good at all. Also, the touch screen didn’t work so I was not able to choose the card option.

  Over 30 minute wait for the wrong food, didn’t even get the food. Got order refunded, wasn’t even my order, laughable.
