We waited for 15 minutes until my Mom got up and asked when our order would be ready (four drinks, a hamburger Happy Meal, a Quarter Pounder meal, and a McChicken + McCrispy). Another group of girls ordered soon after us, and after Mom got up, one of the girls got up to ask about their drinks. A guy with a mobile order was also waiting a long time for his order. I want to imagine the kids working are trying their best and under a lot of stress (I used to work at McDonald’s, so I sympathize with them), but there really wasn’t a lot of customers here and multiple workers working. So I don’t know what took so long.
Our drinks were just sitting along the metal shelf behind the registers. I got a Dirty Dr. Pepper and my ice was already mostly melted, watering down the soda. The McCrispy was drier than normal and there was a small black hair in the McChicken.
I don’t go to any McDonald’s with high expectations, but this just was not a good experience. If I could rate the service a 0, I would.

Took 15 minutes to get our food. There were no cups for ketchup so I used a lid as a container. The ketchup looked cloudy and spoiled so I threw it away. Our order included pancakes but we were provided no utensils, butter, or syrup. Had to ask for all of that and it took a while as my husband would stand at the counter and workers would walk by him and not see what he needed. It was weird. Atmosphere seems like the employees are tired and overworked (and overwhelmed). It’s sad because this store used to be better.
Yes I came through the drive-thru today to purchase two McDoubles fries and a drink and when I got you the window where I was supposed to pick up my food I said you're almost 5 minutes with no help just to have this Oriental guy walk over open the window

Giving one star. The large heavy-set male with the beard working the window in the afternoons is incredibly rude and condescending and I'm surprised he's still working there.
Please either let him go or teach your staff some hospitality skills.
On top of that, I had to wait ten minutes just for a double cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich the other night. Disappointing.
Please hire some better people. It's a shame this is happening in such a well-standing neiborhood.

I love food, but if I could give negative point, I will give this peace … to this location (115 central avenues aka Andover). I will give it -10 stars (that bad), I went with my family to eat breakfast at 10:20am and I was waiting for minutes, it was 10:36am and my uncle was asking about the food and the lady was rude that we didn’t make the order and he said the order and give him the number, and the lady was keeping rude, then the manager and another person ( I think one of them where Mexican), came the same thing, both of them were rude, in this case the customer is right (especially is if old, as my uncle), he ask for the corporate number, to tell them the situation and said the have rude employee that they have and they didn’t give the number. When they made our breakfast, the food was, cold (the biscuit was frozen), they miss some food (some hash browns), and they give the order wrong… I love coming every McDonald to eat, but this location is always the same (missing food or/and rude), I would recommend eating in other location or fast food, because this one is BAD
