I went inside and asked what was up, and instead of getting a list of excuses as I was halfway expecting these days sadly, the manager immediately took accountability for it and not only took action, made it right but did extra in my favor to make us happy! Even without the extras, this is a rare, amazing attitude, honesty is a great quality, and I'm highly impressed! Thank you guys very much!

- LHLauren HApr 15, 20261.0I put in an online order to this Chipotle last Friday 4/10/2026. Right after placing my order i called the restaurant to let them know I have a gluten allergy. The lady on the phone said I would have to come in. No problem. I went into the store and they made my food. While they were making my food the lady at the register let me know "It's inconvenient." To accommodate my gluten allergy. If Chipotle does not want to accommodate allergies they should go ahead and post that.

While busy, the location does not get crowded. Pleasant experience each time I have gone. More of a fast food restaurant.
