  Ordered pick up was told 38 min for pasta. Sat 3rd in line. First two handled. While helping the second Chance looked right at me and shut the window. Then left me at the pick up window for more than 5 minutes. My food was ready sitting on the shelf. When I asked why it took him over 5 minutes to come back he rolled his eyes, "It's really busy." You'd think if it was busy and the food was ready you'd help your customer instead of making them wait. Cheese breadsticks tasted like sugar on the bottom and the pasta had no flavor and it was extra greasy. There's a reason we prefer Tossed n Sauce downtown.

  This is the WORST Pizza Hut I’ve been to….ever Went on a Sunday @ 1:00. Old dry pizza on the buffet, no clean tables, had to get my own silverware. Rude staff. At 1:12 asked if there was going any fresh pizza as the pizza had clearly been there for awhile. Server said the cook had left. I asked “who would eat that old dry pizza?” It was gross. I can’t believe a chain would tolerate this complete mess. When I left I saw people going to the beverage station & trying to fill their own glasses. The owner should be ashamed of this type of service. If Abilene wants out of town visitors & currently have limited restaurants then things need to get better for sure.

  The restaurant makes you feel at home. I love the salad bar and the sandwiches. Recommend !! Great all you can eat buffet which you don’t see often with pizza!
