  I don’t usually leave reviews, bad ones at that! But they are terrible letting customers wait in line for pick up for an hour. Go inside and stand for 15 minutes for no help. Then when i get someone’s attention to help they say “our other manger is back so we will have someone up there to help you.” To wait another 10-15 minutes to be helped. When i ask for a manger i am told they are busy right now. I have been standing in this lobby for 30 minutes been helped once told it will be 5 minutes and that has gone and passed with no manger to apologize, help or anything. So unprofessional and will not be back!

  The cause flavor was so strong it over powered the ingredients, even the onions and sausage. It took them 45 minutes after our pizza was ready to make the bread sticks.

  I was disappointed in the service and food that we got. We ordered chicken penne...only to get 2 pieces of chicken. I had to go up and refill my cup with water, as well as going up to get to go box. I waited for the girl to give me my ticket...so I walked up to the register and she charged me full price for the chicken penne, and full price for my salad which should have been only $2.00 since I ordered a sandwich meal.

  I usually love Pizza Hut and would go there over any other chain pizza restaurants. Our server was super nice and respectful, but other than that this was a pretty lousy experience. When we arrived there was already one customer who had been waiting for awhile, as well as another table who appeared to have been essentially ignored. We placed our order and the older gentleman walked to the register to pay. He stood there calling back to the kitchen for a few minutes without getting noticed by any of the kitchen staff. Our server came from the bathroom and had to ring him out immediately since her coworkers hadn't noticed him. We waited around an hour for our food and had to wait even longer after one pizza was messed up. The table next to us was dirty when we walked in and still hadn't had the trash removed when we left an hour later. Another customer had to wait while their order was being remade as well. During our meal a family of four came in to eat and were turned down at the door. We couldn't hear why, but afterwards the employee went out the door and appeared to lock the door. The sign outside says they have new hours and don't close until 8 so there should probably be something posted somewhere about closing early to prevent other customers from being turned away. The restaurant itself was pretty empty and for most of our meal we were the only dine-in customers. There were multiple take-out orders and each one had to wait at least 15-20 minutes for their food. I understand the pizzas take time to cook, but when there are no other customers there shouldn't be a long wait for one pizza. The salad bar and buffet were both covered with loose food scraps and most likely haven't been cleaned or at least tidied up all day. Our food was still pretty good, but this place could definitely use new management or at least give your employees a proper training. There is definitely potential for this location to be run better and the staff all seem to be really friendly, but they need better guidance on how to run a restaurant. I've worked in multiple restaurants for a good many years and unless the place is extreme busy, there is no excuse to leave dirty tables and ignore the customers. We're not sure what was going on back in the kitchen, but our server appeared to be the one doing all the running around while the other employees were hanging out in the kitchen not helping with the front of house tasks. It shouldn't take 2-3 staff to make a small sized pizza when you only have one table in the whole restaurant

  This place needs new management, nice employeess but not organized or attentive. Made wrong pizza takes an hour to make the order. Multiple dirty tables, salad bar hasn't been cleaned up all day. Several customers walked out while we were there. Seen three people in the back and one server. We were the only table in the restaurant so I'm not sure what was going on in the back but apparently a lot of blundering?
