  Husband saw the cheesesteak sandwich advertised on TV and thought it looked and sounded good. So we went and he ordered that as a meal and I ordered regular roast beef and crinkle fries. My food was cold but I could eat it. His sandwich was awful from the point of unwrapping it to not being able to eat the whole sandwich after several mouthfuls of gristle which he spit out into napkins. If it had been just one bite he could have handled it, but it was every other bite. My husband is not particular at all, so when he couldn't finish it I was surprised. Never saw that happen before. The meat was almost like it had been run through a grinder and was very runny and mushy. We won't be going back. It looked NOTHING like advertised.

  The food was overcooked and cold. The people working seemed like that couldn't be bothered. It was not rush either. Bad all around!
