  Horrible i come here often because its cheap but at this point i would rather spend more money and wait 5 min for food compared to the 25 min here always slow with no sense of urgency staff is rude and often forgets condiments and modifications too the food go to wendy’s or burger king for better food with a similar price

  Dreadfully slow. 2nd time at this drive-thru. Both the same experience. You are held hostage. Lesson learned. Addendum... they screwed up a very simple order. Wrong food. Another 10 mins wasted for correct food. Do not go here!

  terrible service the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to, waited nearly an hour for a burger and fries just for them to forget our fries. the employees are completely incompetent and management was horrible.

  Placed order on my app. 2 hot chocolates and 2 lattes. Gave code for order in drive thru. Took 20 minutes from the time I gave my code. I would have gone inside to get it myself and complain but I had my infant with me. Zero urgency and no apologies.

  Very slow service. Just moved into the area. Had not been to a McDonald's in ages. However, I needed a quick bite since I was very late coming home from work. Got here and had to wait in front of the drive-thru microphone at least 5 minutes just to get a response to place my order. Once order was placed, had to wait another 10 minutes in line because orders in front of me were not being fulfilled. Pretty poor service on my first time back to McDonald's in a long time. Do not think I will come back again.
