  Don’t get me wrong, this is probably my favorite ice cream but it’s not worth the price. Their “traditional scoop” or single scoop is $6 and it’s literally a half scoop at most places. This summer they started making scoops smaller than what they were in the past. I got a single scoop of the black cherry chip and the other one is a “kids scoop”. Just get a pint at Kroger for $7.

  Great location with the consistent quality Graeter’s delivers. The bourbon ball and black raspberry chip were both delicious. And the staff were very kind and friendly. Would highly recommend.

  Went to Graeter's Ice Cream in Zionsville last night and it was very disappointing. I don't get what the hype is about. The ice cream is about as far from homemade as you can get. The chunks of chocolate taste like pieces of plastic. I don't know what soy oil or bean gum is but I don't want it in my ice cream or anything else. Ice cream is made with ice and cream...thus the name. And the setup makes no sense. There's no counter where you can actually look at the different ice creams available and have it scooped for you. There's fifteen people standing behind the counter - I don't know what they do back there. They scoop ice cream but you can't even see the buckets they scoop the ice cream out of. Won't be back.

  Never did I think the simple act of getting ice cream would change my life permanently for the better… it was warm summer evening in central indiana when my sister and I stumbled into Graeters. We came in strangers and left not just happy customers but as new members of a family. This experience wouldnt have been possible without the employee assisting us tonight. Becca. Becca was like a ship captain, guiding us on a journey of flavor. Her knowledge of ice cream and impeccable scooping technique left us in awe. In fact, this establishment should be called "Becca's". Do yourself a favor and go. Dont let anything stop you. #Odyssey
