  Normally love graters and other locations, but legitimately the lady put the smallest single scoop of ice cream on a cone (there was no ice cream itself in the empty cone) and handed it to me. Graters charges high prices for ice cream, and part of that is the expectation that you’re going to get a decent portion. If you’re gonna pay $6 for a scoop of ice cream, get the cup or go to Handel’s, they give you more.

  Loved the ice cream but service was subpar. I’m used to the better and friendlier service at the one on Rangeline so was disappointed after recent visit to this Zionsville location. Staff just needs to find their footing and hopefully can live up to the excellent service that Graeter’s is known for.

  There was a hair stuck inside my ice cream. I went back to let the workers know. It’s honestly just a bunch of kids who are running the store; Customer service is just awkward and bad. I had to ask for a refund because the kid just looked at me confused unsure what to say When I showed them my ice cream. they weren’t able to refund it back to my credit card so they gave it to me back in cash. It was fine in the end, but I will definitely not be going here again.
