If you don't mind waiting all night for service, or your food, Then this place is for you! The last few times we've been, there has been brutal with no service! None! We won't be back! And by judging from the last few reviews and them commenting back. They haven't they haven't fixed anything at this location!

Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had. A bearded man greeted me rudely and asked—in a harsh tone—what I was there for, as if eating wasn't even an option; I stayed and ordered anyway. He gave me a dirty table, though the waitress very kindly moved me to a different one. I felt heavily discriminated against; I had never believed the stories about this restaurant's poor service until I experienced it myself.

This was the worst experience we have EVER had at any restaurant. The service was horrible!! This experience was enough for us to not return to another Buffalo Wild Wings. From the time we walked in the doors to the time we left it was a total of 2 hours. our full experience within the first hour, we wanted 15 minutes for someone to come sit us (at that time there were only 3 people sitting at the bar and 2 people sitting in the dining area) so why it took 15 minutes I have absolutely no idea. The waitress came and took our order, brought our drinks, then seated 3 other groups of people. Between the time of us ordering and finally getting our food not one time did she come check on us. The 3 groups that came in AFTER us got their food BEFORE we got ours and once she finally brought us our food she still never came back to check on us. We never got our drinks refilled despite asking for refills. The waitress spent more time going back and forth to the restroom and the kitchen than she spent taking care of the customers. Then when we were done eating we sat waiting for our check while she continued going back and forth to the restroom and kitchen. We didn't pay the check on the kiosk because we were overcharged so we had to wait until she decided to resurface to get our check fixed. Which she NEVER did we ended up having to go to the area where the pickup orders were and talk to the lady there and she was the one that got the manager to fix the check. Once that was done she had the waitress come to the pickup area to cash us out, but I still had a question about the check so I asked her and instead of her answering she very rudely said I'm not going to go back and forth with you, walked off then went and got the manager. First of all, if you can't answer a simple question without getting rude and walking off being a waitress is probably not the job for her. IT WAS A SIMPLE QUESTION. I was going to just pay it and be on our way since we had a long drive ahead of us, but when she got rude I went ahead and waited for the manager and told him about our full unnecessary TWO HOURS of being there. In the end the manager did end up taking care of us, but it should have never gotten to that point. If she felt like she couldn't handle all the tables she was given she should have spoke on it instead she chose to ignore the tables she did have, but it seemed to have been our table that she ignored the most. The last hour of us being at the restaurant was spent waiting for her to bring the check, then waiting for her to resurface to fix the check(we thought it was fixed at this time), then waiting for her to come back so we could pay, and when she didn't come we had to wait at the pickup counter for someone to help, then wait for the check to be fixed correctly, then again wait to pay it, then the whole ordeal with her getting an attitude because I asked a question, then lastly waiting for the manager to come. That waitress either needs to find another job where she doesn't have to deal directly with customers or do her job correctly. I wish I knew her name so I could put it on here, but unfortunately she didn't even tell us her name. I also asked the manager for the number to corporate and he claimed they don't have corporate. Really?! After he said that I got online and googled it and sure enough a number for corporate came up right away. I will end this by saying had we known eating at this place was going to turn into 2 hours we would have went somewhere else. We had a 2 1/2 hour ride to get home. We were hungry and thought we would go ahead and stop, but it was the worst idea. That 2 hours we wasted here we could have been halfway home.

Ordered my food online around 7:15 PM on a Friday. Expected it to be a little busy but got there around 7:45. The order was going to be ready between 7:45 to 8:00 PM. By 8:45 or so we left without our food, but everyone was getting their food and refunds so my daughter wanted to go back and get her food. We went back and got the original order which was taken to the back and cold at that point. We had to deal with a very snippy cashier who didn't want to get the food for us. We got home around 9:15 PM and I opened one of the ranches to find hair on the top that seems like it was placed there on purpose or someone wasn't wearing a hair net. Either way it was gross and now I can't eat the expensive food that we waited an hour and half for. This is the second Buffalo Wild Wings where we had to wait for over an hour for sub par food. They've lost a loyal customer for life. Corporate - My advice is to fix your staffing levels, improve your service and food quality standards, and make sure your managers can monitor their staff better, or you're going to keep losing customers you need to stay in business.

No host/hostess at the front when we entered. We waited 10min for someone to acknowledge us and seat us, but no one even glanced in our direction. We ended up seating ourselves and alerting a waitress. They took our drink order, but 15 min went by and no drinks. No check ins. No interaction from anyone working there at all. The place wasn't busy. The wait staff did not appear overwhelmed because they were all moving at a snail's pace. The building had obviously been neglected - musty smell in the bathroom, unclean stalls, lock missing from a stall door, etc. Horrible experience overall.
