On top of that, she even cooked our food and everything was great. Her work ethic, attitude, and customer service were outstanding. She truly kept the whole place running smoothly and made our experience so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back because of her!

We sat at our table for nearly an hour with no food, while other customers who arrived after us were already being served appetizers. That’s completely unacceptable. After I complained, our appetizers finally came out—but they were cold. We were told they had “just been prepared,” which was clearly not true. Serving cold food and giving a dishonest explanation only made the situation worse. At that point, we decided to leave. Even trying to pay for our drinks took far too long because of how slow and disorganized everything was. This was supposed to be a special birthday dinner, and instead it was a frustrating waste of time. Between the poor service, cold food, and lack of accountability, this location seriously needs better management. We will not be returning.
