  Went inside with my fiance and my little brother. First thing you see is trash over flowing and pop spilled all over the pop machine. No one at register would take are order so we did the kiosk ordered Hamburger happy meal with plain hamburger and extra fries. The burger was burt and my little brother couldn't eat it my little brother is also highly allergic to apples and they gave him apples. I also ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal plain only onions large with the new berry blast no cold foam. Both cheeseburgers were also burnt my large fry was under half full with cold fries and my berry blast had cold foam. My fiance went up there and stood for 20 min for them to fix the fries and drink and they made the drink 4 times and it still had cold foam and fries and apple slices weren't fixed. These workers were very rude and inconsiderate and even made it seem like it was a big deal that they fix what they messed up and couldn't get right! We ended up leaving. i work as management in a fast food business in Portland and its shameful that the manager in charge there is letting the store look like that and letting workers treat customers that way as well. Then proceeded to stand outside and chit chat off and on instead of running a store. Worst experience I've had there by far and very upsetting

  Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated significantly. We used to come from Union City to eat at Aguachester because the food and service were good, but lately we've had a very bad experience. They're not preparing the burgers the way we order them and they just do whatever they want. This time we even found a hair inside the burger. They really need to get back to the good service they had a few months ago. I don't know what's going on with the staff at this location.

  I never get anything fresh, especially late hours, they always give me something unrelated to my order

  Yet for the millionth time totally wrong order and when I went in from the drive through after my order was extremely screwed there was a bunch of young employees playing grab ass in the lobby and the person at the register acted like it was my fault they screwed the order up.
